A name born from geometry

Three, four, five: the side lengths that let you mark out a right angle on any site, without a single tool.

Before anything gets sawn, screwed or levelled, there is the angle. Get it wrong and everything after it warps. We named ourselves after that rule because it describes how we work: the foundation first, what's visible after.

Ramiro García and Carlos Olivera, carpenters at heart with more than 8 years of building in timber, each ran their own company until the merger. In 2023 they joined forces as TRES4CINCO. Since then, one team handles planning, materials, the building work, paperwork and taxes, through to the turnkey handover.

Constancia

Keeping our word, working neatly and efficiently, with no surprises and no charges added on afterward. Those are the values we always hold to.

We live in a small place in Uruguay: bad work gets around fast, and so does good work.

A builder works crouched on the floor between the insulated walls of a timber house. Finished yellow timber house behind a TRES4CINCO site sign.

Tell us what you have in mind. We start the way we start every build: the foundation first, then the house.
