These terms govern the use of the website tres4cinco.com, operated by Ramiro García Sierra (TRES4CINCO). The operator's details are in the Legal notice.
2. Information, not an offer
The website shows our work and the way we build. Its content is not a binding offer. Floor areas, build times and other details of the projects shown describe houses already built and are not a commitment for future projects. A contract arises only from an individual written agreement.
3. Content and availability
We take care that the information is correct and current. It may still contain errors or go out of date. We do not promise that the website is available without interruption.
4. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the website or from not being able to use it. This limit does not cover intent or gross negligence, nor the rights the law grants to consumers.
5. Third-party content
In some sections, pages from other websites can be loaded inside a frame. Those pages belong to their operators. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
6. Copyright
The website is protected as a whole: texts, design, structure, plans and source code. It may not be copied, rebuilt, extracted by automated means, distributed or altered, in whole or in part, without prior written consent. For photos, the information in the legal notice applies.
7. Misuse
The website may not be used for unlawful purposes. Offensive messages and advertising sent through the contact form, and automated extraction of the content, are not allowed.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. The courts of Rocha have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights that consumer protection law grants to users.
9. Language
These terms are published in Spanish, German and English. If the versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
