How the build works

Seven steps. No surprises.

Foundation of concrete piers on the sandy plot, surrounded by pines. Timber floor frame on the piers, the first wall already standing behind it. Consultation

We draw the floor plan and elevations.

We work with a contract. Price and scope are set in writing.

Plans & permits

runs in parallel

All plans go to the authorities; the permit takes about 1 month. In parallel we order the materials.

Construction

We build on site, on vibrated-concrete piers, at least 50 cm above ground.

You decide Access to the site and the decoration.

Finished house, inspected and handed over cleanly.

Building from abroad

You plan from home. We build in Uruguay.

Ramiro or Carlos stop by the site morning, noon and afternoon, and every site has its own foreman. Every Friday, photos show you how far your house has come.
